If you don't already have one, download and install a recent Java Runtime Environnement on your system : java 6 required (Because TcpCatcher is optimized for the great new Nimbus look and feel, it is strongly advised to run TcpCatcher under a JavaRunTime >= JRE 6_u10).

Download TcpCatcher version 2.27.1 (released on February 12th, 2012)
(no installation required, it is packaged as a standalone executable jar file)
